Natural Ways to Overcome chapped lips

WEATHER cold not only cause our bodies vulnerable to flu viruses and colds. Cold temperatures can also make your skin dry, especially the lips, especially for smokers and people who have dry skin. But not to worry, there are easy ways to overcome the natural nan chapped lips.


1. Dehydration is a major cause chapped lips. So to avoid this, try to drink at least 2-3 liters of water every day.

2. Eat foods that are composed of green leafy vegetables, carrots, seeds, tomat. Contents vitamin A in it will help repair skin damage.

3. Apply a little coconut oil on your lips regularly.

4. Rub cucumber slices on the lips. This method is effective enough to cope with chapped lips.

5. Also try applying honey on the lips. It is the prevention of chapped lips.

6. Aloe vera plant is known as a healing for damaged skin. Try also apply aloe vera gel on your lips that have been cracked.
