Healthier Coffee or Tea?


Coffee and tea are both beverages that have been known since centuries ago. Both have their own fanatical fans. But if compared to where the most healthful, coffee or tea, the answer is quite difficult.

Most of the coffee is more healthful body. Coffee not only stimulates blood flow to the brain and reduce the negative mood, scientific evidence also mentioned the habit of drinking coffee can reduce the risk of Parkinson's disease.
